This week i got to see some very special friends, ones i see alot, and ones i dont get to see as much.
On Monday and Tuesday i got see my great friend Michelle, i lived with her the whole time i was at Utah State. She is the friend that i could stay up with til 3am or 4am talking and talking about anything and everything. I have missed our talks and sometimes "venting sessions", so we spent some time both days talking about life. We used to talk about things in Logan, and what the weekend had in store, this time we found ourselves talking about what we used to do, and how weare now married, haha weird.. Its funny how life can change, but your friends who are real friends stay the same, just the conversations change a little.
And then today i went up to Salt Lake to Visit Kaitlyn, she was my roommate freshman year, and the we lived in the same apartment sophmore year. Theres something special about the person you share a room with, she was my "always there friend" and she still is. Kaitlyn and i have traveled to Peru together for 5 weeks, and experienced life changing events. She recently has been sick, and it was scary for me, i didnt know what i would do without her, but no worries, shes still kickin! She is the friend that makes me laugh so hard, and we are always laughing when we are together. Today we were actually talking about how we were eachothers Valentines dates freshman year, we dressed up nice, went to Olive Garden, and saw the movie Step Up. haha great memories with her.
And then theres my constant, always by my side, even when she not really there, Kerry. Kaitlyn and i went down town to see Kerry, kaitlyn and ker have become pretty good friend because it was us 3 in Peru, and then they saw eachother in Spain last summer for a few days. So we went to see kerry, and thats always nice, i see ker alot now that i live in Provo, and its wonderful. Having you best friend near by is so fun! Just being able to just go grab a Jamba and talk, or have her come over and just hang out, or have a girls night, it seems simple, but its can sometimes be just what i need. While i lived in Logan, and then moved home for massage school i realized how much having Ker in my life ment, but you know a true friend when you can go months without seeing them andwhen you do see them you pick up right where you left off. Having a friend from birth make her more then just a friend. Not everyone has a Life Long Friend, and thats what she is, not just the best friend you had in 8th and 9th grade, but one thats in my life forever.
I love you girls, and im so glad i got to see you all.
see you tomorrow ker!
