a few weeks ago we went to st. george for my cousins wedding. the wedding was friday and it was beautiful, and they are a very cute couple! i didnt get any pictures of the day though.
but on saturday we had the whole day to hang out and jake and brittany hadnt ever been to the grand canyon! (which blows my mind!) so since we were only 2.5 hours away we made a day tip of it. i love the grand canyon, its so beautiful, and big and peaceful.
we were there while a storm blew through which made it even prettier! i love rain storms.
the next day we drove back to california, but i wanted to see the hoover dam because iv only seen it once and i was 2.
so we took the scenic way home on route 66 and it was a blast! (added about 3 house onto our drive)
after we left the dam we had a beautiful and rainy drive! we saw almost the real "radiator springs" from cars haha or so we decided.
and then drove through Oatman where donkeys just roam the streets. it was pretty funny. jake got a little nervous when one wanted to be his friend.
we had a great trip! and got to see some fun things.
