I'm not a nap nazi by any means, but I do know Johnny is usually a very happy boy when he gets a good morning nap (atleast 2 hours, usually 2.5) and an afternoon nap (about 1.5 to 2 hours) and he usually goes down in the morning around 10:00-10:30. Which mean on Sunday he get about 30min befor I have to put him in the car seat(I hate car seats by the way, but that's a different story) for a 2 minute drive and take him out and then the organ totally wakes him up. Then I barley make it through sacrament because I refuse to be that parent that sits and let their kids yell during sacrament meeting (or run up and down the isles, pretending they "snuck out" of the row and having to walk 1/2 way to the front to get my kid.. And mostly more then once. Drives me nuts! Take uour kid out, and taking your kid out doesn't mean let them run the halls or in the gym, thy should still have to sit revently or read a book or atleast try. Am I the only one that feels this way? Maybe..) but anyways Johnny had an especially hard day today so church was a bit of a bust for us. We were in the building but weren't really there.. But he looked really cute!
After church we got home and changed and went for a walk. It was beautiful today. Like 55 degrees, I loved it! So we walked to a park and tried the swings for the first time! He liked it!
Then we came home. jake and I made hamburgers, caprese salad and rice pilaf for dinner. and Kerry and Austin came over to watch revenge.
Happy Sunday!
