millies blessing day

Sweet little Millie was blessed on August 2nd by here dad 

in Newbury Park at Mima and Papas house.

we had my whole family and jakes whole family (minus emily..we missed you!) there plus a few friends and jakes cousins

Millie wore the dress and shoes i was blessed in and the blanket my mom and i were blessed with.

it was a lovely day and a great way to end our 2.5 weeks in NP. and it was so fun to have everyone together!

also, im so grateful that we have out little millie. she's the sweetest baby.

millies Blessing weekend

On Thursday the kids and i met my parents and jacob and his kids at disneyland. 

(they flew in the night before for the weekend)

it was SO hot, but it was a blast. jake met us later after work.

then on friday, jake and i drove up to be with adam, jacob, and my parents and all the grandkids. grayson and brittany flew in that night. we were all there (minus Carissa and Ari who is only a month old) and it was SO fun to all be together!

lately

we've been busy the past few weeks. 

we played a lot in the apartment, hit the beach and the park a few times, and got ready for 2 weeks in newbury park.

on july 19th jake flew to utah to go on an over night hike with grayson in escalante. and i drove up to NP so i didn't have to be alone. the next day Brittany and Everett cam to be with us for the week while the boys were hiking!

 then our friends wedding was that weekend, and nick and shayla and kerry and austin came to town for it. it was a blast! nick and shayla came over one night and had ice cream and chatted. the twins were also there to play with johnny. 

 these 3 are trouble!

after the weekend was over jake and i came back down to Irvine for a few days before Jacob and grayson came back for Millies blessing...
