busy busy

so we got back to provo around 12:00 midnight from our trip on tuesday night and left for escalante at 8:00am thursday morning.

we pretty much threw our bags down, watered the yard and then pack smaller bag for the weekend. but we couldnt miss the 24th parade!

when we got escalante we had a blast!
there was fishing, ranger rides, a parade, more fishing and late night talks in the yard while we listened to the live band in the parking lot behind the house and  johnny and finn played.

my mom came back to salt lake with jacob to watch finn for a few days and then my dad came up for the weekend. we swam at their pool, and went to logan for a the day because i love logan and needed to go one last time befor we move, and ordered room service at night.

my parents left on sunday and jake johnny and i have had to flu since monday (its now wednesday)

we have been trying to pack up our house because we move this weekend! i fly home on saturday and jake and grayson are driving the stuff down on sunday.

it has come soo fast.. we are excited and sad all at the same time.  

Rome, part four

our last day in rome was probably my favorite day there. im not sure why. we took it slow and didnt go too far from our hotel. 

we took the morning to pack and johnny took a nap and just hung out. 

we then went to the Pantheon. it was so close to our hotel, i wish we had known how close it was.

 we then walked to the Trevi Fountain

 tossing our coins! johnny tossed about 6! he was into it.

 we then walked back to the pantheon and stopped for dinner and got some really good gelato to end our trip.

we loved our trip to europe! i loved being there with jake and johnny.

cant wait to go again!...maybe in 10 years...

Rome, part three

te next morning we hit colosseum early. it was SO cool! i loved it.

after the colosseum we had some lunch and then went to see Michaelangelos Moses, and supposedly the chain that held peter.

after that we walked to dinner and then watched a what we think was a walk through the streets for Mass. it was pretty cool, with the church bells going and all the people chanting.
