the next morning we took the train to Riomaggorie, but we had to change trains in Pisa so we planned to have some time to go see the leaning tower!
we had been told it would only take about an hour to walk there, see it and make it back to the station. well we had 2 hours to wait and it was a good thing! we followed the signs to the tower, but for some reason we followed the signs that took us around the city instead right through the middle.. it took us 45 minutes to make it to the tower, giving us a good 5 minutes to take some pictures and then head back as fast as we could to the station. luckily johnny slept in his stroller the whole time cause it was SO hot!!
so so hot.
but im glad we stopped to see it! it was pretty and something you have to see if you are there.
and yes we had all our luggage with us on this little adventure
